Head to Baguio for the Panagbenga Festival
The Grand Street Parade and the Grand Float Parade of the Panagbenga Festival is happening this Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 25 and 26 at the Panagbenga Park, Baguio! Marvel at huge floats covered in colorful flowers in bloom and watch dances from performers donning beautiful flowery costumes. If you're planning on going, come prepared.
