The Good Housekeeping Family Fun Run 2011
Dash for fitness this summer and kickoff summer by registering for Good Housekeeping Family Fun Run on April 3, 2011.
The many benefits of running have made this sport a popular sport for some time now in the country. You have the countless runs organized each month and more people hitting the pavement during their free time to break up a sweat. You could say that the running boom has inspired the entire nation to get up on their feet and to start taking their health more seriously.
The benefits, of course, don’t just end with the physical ones. Running can be enjoyed as a solitary sport, but at the same time, it’s also a fantastic activity to help strengthen the bond between friends and family.
This April 3, 2011, put your running shoes on as Good Housekeeping magazine puts together a Family Fun Run at the Manila Ocean Park. Let your kids participate in the 100 meter dash, or join the 1K run with obstacles (dog and human), the 3K run with obstacles (open for pairs and families) or the 5K run, an open category.
How to sign-up:
Visit any of the registration centers from March 5, Saturday, until March 28, Monday.
Registration centers are located at the Summit Media Office or at R.O.X. in Bonifacio Global City. Registration fee is P50 to P200, depending on the run category to be joined.ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOWCONTINUE READING BELOWRecommended VideosFor more details, check out the poster below.
