1 (200 grams) pack store-bought pancake mix

Butter or vegetable oil

Chopped walnuts, to serve
1 Prepare the cream cheese topping: In a bowl, combine Arla Cheesy Spread, sugar, and cinnamon powder until well combined. Set aside.
2 Prepare pancakes according to package directions. Add the grated carrots.
3 Grease a frying pan with butter or cooking oil. Place pan over medium heat. Add the pancake batter, and then flip once a lot of bubbles appear on top.
4 Cook other side for about a minute more. Set aside.
5 Place pancake on a plate. Slather the cream cheese on top.
6 Add another pancake, add more cream cheese, and then top with more grated carrots, chopped walnuts, and maple syrup or honey to serve.
