    1 cup whipping cream, from 2 lemons, soaked in ice-cold water
    1 (227-gram) block cream cheese, softened
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tablespoon gelatin, unflavored

    100 grams nata de coco (jelly made from coconut water), drained

    7. No-bake Chocolate Mud Pie
