Bruschetta
Try this healthy Bruschetta recipe.by Almira Go .
What you’ll need:
• 10 slices of French bread, baguette (or any bread you prefer)
• Extra virgin olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 8 pcs. black olives, diced
• 3 tomatoes, diced (you can use sun dried tomatoes if you prefer)
• Mozzarella cheese
• parsley (for garnish)
Procedure:
1. Spread olive oil on the French bread and top with little garlic.
2. Mix the black olives and tomatoes with olive oil. Add little salt and pepper to taste.
3. Top the bread with the olive and tomato mixture depending on how much you want.
4. Add the mozzarella cheese.
5. Garnish with parsley and toast until sides are a bit brown.Bruschetta would be great to accompany a pasta. Whip up this recipe plus one of the pasta recipes below and you’re on your way to a great family picnic.
