Chicken Kiev
Procedure:
1. Flatten the chicken breast fillet into about ½ centimeters. 2. Season with salt and pepper. 3. Place the butter and chives or leeks on top, then wrap with the chicken. Tuck both ends. 4. Bread the fillets and chill for 1 hour or more. 5. Deep fry until golden brown.
