  • Be creative when packing your kids' baon. One sandwich trick is to add a thin layer of mayonnaise to these most common palaman favorites: cheese, chicken, tuna, ham, hotdogs, burger, or eggs. Throw in some greens and tomatoes for more micronutrients. If your child is not a big fan of veggies, chop them up in tiny pieces and blend them with mayonnaise.
