1. Sauté garlic and onions in butter. Add in tuna chunks. 2. Add condensed cream of mushroom soup, water and all purpose cream. Let simmer. 3. Add in rice and mix well until well-coated with the sauce. 4. Transfer rice mixture to an oven-proof dish and top with cheese and bacon bits. 5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 10 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve immediately.
