  • Breakfast Burrito

    Add a Mexican twist to your kid's pambaon with this nifty breakfast idea!

    You will need:

    • Leftover Arroz a la Cubana
    • Scrambled eggs
    • Green bell peppers, finely chopped
    • Tomatoes, diced
    • Grated cheese
    • Avocado, sliced
    • 8-inch flour tortillas


    How to make:

    1. Warm the tortillas for a minute on a skillet. Place tortillas on a chopping board.
    2. Place a mound of Arroz a la Cubana in the center of the wrapper.
    3. Top the mound with scrambled eggs then with the bell peppers, tomatoes, sliced avocado, and grated cheese.
    4. Fold the wrapper like a burrito. Wrap in paper napkin or foodsafe paper.
