  • Chicken Velveteen

    A deliciously healthy dish that would leave baby cooing for more.

  • 350 grams chicken breast, boil and cut into small pieces
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ¼ cup all purpose flour
  • 1 liter chicken stock (we suggest making your own)
  • 1 piece carrot, mince
  • 1 piece potato, boil and mince
  • 2 eggs
  •  

    Heat butter and add all purpose flour. Add chicken stock and whip until desired thickness is reached. Add the chicken, minced carrots, and potatoes. Bring to a boil. Beat two eggs and slowly add to the soup.
