    1 1/2 cups (190 grams) all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    3/4 cup butter
    3/4 cup (150 grams) brown sugar
    1/8 cup (30 grams) white sugar
    2 large eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    100 grams bittersweet chocolate, chopped into cubes
    100 grams white chocolate, chopped into cubes
    1/2 tablespoon flaky sea salt

    This recipe makes 20 to 24 cookies and bakes for 10 to 13 minutes.
