  • Fill Me Up Pita

    No time to make breakfast? Not true! These five-minute recipes are fast and easy to make.

    • 4 pieces pita bread
    • 4 eggs, scrambled
    • cheddar cheese, grated
    • 250 grams cooked ham, diced
    • 4 pieces medium-sized tomatoes, chopped
    1. Heat the pita bread on a skillet.
    2. Fill the pita with scrambled eggs, cooked ham, chopped tomatoes, and cheddar cheese.
    3. Place on a toaster oven for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese. If you don’t have time to toast the bread, you can just spoon cheese spread on top instead of using grated cheese.
    Smart tip: Prepare ingredients the night before and store in individual containers.
