If parenting were a corporate job, cooking would be one of its unexpected key result areas (KRAs). Nobody tells you that you’ll be preparing meals three times a day, seven days a week, month after month, year after year.

The challenge is that not every parent knows how to cook confidently. It’s not just about knowing the basics There are endless things to consider, too. If we were only cooking for ourselves, fried eggs and hot dogs every day might be enough. Parents, however, often ask themselves questions like: “Is this healthy?” “Will everyone actually eat this?” “Do I have all the ingredients?” “Can I prepare this easily while juggling my other responsibilities?”

Smart Parenting rounded up YouTube and TikTok creators who can help parents build their cooking skills. These creators don’t expect you to have prior cooking experience. They offer easy-to-follow instructions and recipes made with simple, accessible ingredients. That’s exactly what busy parents need to make cooking easier and more convenient.
