    Grilled Chicken and Broccoli Scramble 



    • 100 grams chicken breast fillet           
    • Dash of salt and pepper                     
    • 3 eggs                                              
    • 45ml milk                                         
    • 40 grams grated mozzarella cheese    
    • 10 grams garlic                                 
    • 10 grams onion
    • Oil
    • 50 grams fresh broccoli                      



    1. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper. 
    2. Grill each side for two minutes and dice. For egg mixture, beat eggs with milk then add grated mozzarella.
    3. Sauté garlic and onion in oil until transparent then add diced chicken and fresh broccoli.
    4. Sauté until broccoli is half cooked.
    5. Put in egg mixture and scramble.
    6. Serve with hash brown on the side.
