Chunks of fruit. Coat pieces of bananas or mangoes with crushed cereal to keep them from slipping out of grasp. Remove seeds and peelings.
Cheese cubes or sticks.
Frozen yogurt fruit pops. Throw some fruit and yogurt in the blender, pour into small cups, stick in big, sturdy straws or sticks (choose those with rounded tips), and pop in the freezer.
Veggie sticks with cheese sauce or other yummy dips.
Carrot or squash mini-muffins, cupcakes, or oatmeal cookies.
Soft dried fruit.
Water and fresh fruit juices.
