Gradually introduce him to other food items, especially vegetables. Introduce him first to succulent types of vegetables such as sayote or eggplant. Later on, give him a taste of greens like malunggay, pechay, kangkong, kamote tops, etc. You can “disguise” these veggies by mixing them in soups and sandwich fillings, or by using them as coating for boiled eggs.
Encourage him to engage in sports and other worthwhile activities to put his weight gain in check.
