Stir and keep on adding little water until macaroni is cooked. The cooking time of the macaroni is really dependent on the brand used. Macaroni is cooked when its al dente already, meaning it's not hard and it's not too soft.
Pour cheese over macaroni.
Add red and green bell pepper.
