1 cup sliced mangoes (from about1 1/2 mangoes) 3/4 cup cold water 1 sachet gelatin 1/4 cup hot water 1/3 cup + 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 cup evaporated milk 3/4 cup cooked small sago whipped cream and sliced cherries for garnish (optional)
1 Puree the mango with 1/2 cup of the cold water. Set aside. 2 Sprinkle the gelatin on the remaining 1/4 cup cold water and let sit for 3 minutes.
