  • Force-feeding might be effective, but only for a short time. It will not make him a healthy eater in the long run. Try preparing creative recipes to make mealtime more fun. Make sure your child is rested before he eats, as exhaustion can depress one’s appetite. Appetite stimulants should be given only upon your pediatrician’s recommendation.
