Potato Carrot Puree
Give baby energy and a rich source of vitamins with this fantastic potato recipe.
- 1 potato
- 1 big carrot
- Water
- Wash potato and carrot very well. Peel and cut into chunks of about the same size.
- In a sauce pan, cook vegetables until tender.
- Drain and mash or pass through a blender or food processor.
- You may add butter to the mixture for more flavor or breast milk or infant formula as you serve it to your baby.
