Serve your one-year-old this healthy and delicious homemade juice.
Ingredients:
- 4 medium carrots
- 1/2 head cauliflower, small
- 1 cucumber
- Honey or simple syrup, to taste
Preparation:
- Wash all vegetables thoroughly. Cut into sections.
- Juice the carrots, with the skin on, and cauliflower separately. Set aside.
- Peel and juice the cucumber.
- Combine all of the juices. You may also add honey, or simple syrup, to taste.
