    ♦ 12 tablespoons salted butter
    ½ cup melted butter
12 cups miniature marshmallows, preferably white
19 cups various breakfast cereals (like Cheerios, Frosted Flakes, Fruit Loops, Cocoa Puffs, etc.)
    ½ cup melted butter
500 grams red colored chocolate compound or pink colored chocolate compound

    1. Lightly brush heart-shaped pans with melted butter. Set aside.
    2. Melt 12 tablespoons of butter in a large pot over medium heat.
    3. Add marshmallows and stir continuously until melted. Remove from heat.
    4. Combine cereals in a bowl; add cereal mixture to marshmallow-butter mixture. Stir until well combined.
    5. Transfer mixture to pans. To prevent from sticking, coat your hands with vegetable spray. Press mixture evenly into the pan. Let cool for about 30 minutes.
    6. Remove from mold. Set aside.
    7. Melt colored chocolates in a double boiler. Dip each cereal heart into the melted chocolate, coating only half of the heart. Place each coated piece on a paper cupcake liner to set.
    8. Store in an airtight container in cool room temperature.
