Serve this avocado banana smoothie to your family and delight them while beating the heat.
Avocado Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 heaping cups frozen avocado
2 large frozen bananas
1 cup milk
1 to 2 tablespoons white sugar
Procedure:
In high-speed blender, combine avocado, banana, milk, and sugar.
Blend on highest speed. Don’t be tempted to add more liquid; just give the blender time to puree the frozen fruits until smooth.
Once in a while, stop the blender and stir mixture around so the frozen bits are blended more easily. Start again.
When the mixture is of a creamy consistency, it is ready to serve.
