Summer Family Delight: Avocado Banana Smoothie

Serve this avocado banana smoothie to your family and delight them while beating the heat.

 

Avocado Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

 

  • 2 heaping cups frozen avocado
  • 2 large frozen bananas
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons white sugar

 

Procedure:

 

  1. In high-speed blender, combine avocado, banana, milk, and sugar.
  2. Blend on highest speed. Don’t be tempted to add more liquid; just give the blender time to puree the frozen fruits until smooth.
  3. Once in a while, stop the blender and stir mixture around so the frozen bits are blended more easily. Start again.
  4. When the mixture is of a creamy consistency, it is ready to serve.
