Toddler Recipe: Veggie Tempura Pick Up Sticks
Introduce healthy merienda ideas to your child with this yummy snack time suggestion.

Ingredients
- 2 carrots, peeled and sliced into sticks
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced into sticks
- 12 string beans, washed
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ tsp. cheese powder
- 1 big pack of potato chips, crushed
- ¼ cup butter, melted
Steps
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Combine sour cream and cheese powder.
3. Put crushed potato chips in a bowl.
4. Dip veggie sticks in sour cream then roll in crushed potato chips.
5. Place prepared pieces on a baking tray, sheet pan, or cookie sheet. Drizzle with butter. Bake for 20 minutes.
6. Let baked veggie sticks cool on a tray lined with paper towels until they reach room temperature.
