Cinammon Doughnut Holes Makes 32 balls
What you'll need 2 cups all-purpose flour 2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 4 1/2 tablespoons baking powder 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 large egg 1 cup milk 1/4 cup melted butter 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Make it!
1 Sift together all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and ground cinnamon in a large bowl; set aside.
2 Mix together egg and milk in another bowl. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
3 Add melted butter and mix until a soft dough forms. Take 1/2 tablespoon of the batter and form into a ball; place on a tray. Repeat with the rest of the dough.
4 Preheat oil in a deep pan. Combine sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Deep-fry balls until golden brown; immediately coat balls in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Serve warm.
