Daily account monitoring
With the Meralco Prepaid Electricity Service, you can monitor your consumption and account status via SMS. The text message will detail your available balance, along with the equivalent kilowatt-hours.
You can now adjust your daily usage depending on your budget and extend appliance usage without worrying about your expenses.
You are also notified of every reload when your load is running low, when your account is disconnected or reconnected, and when there are rate adjustments. Be sure to monitor your account regularly through these SMS notifications!
Loading and payment convenience
You now have the option to load an amount from P100 to P1,000. No load expiry, no bill shock, and no nakaw load to worry about. You have full control over your household's electricity expenses.
You can reload at Meralco business centers, Bayad center outlets, e-load retailers and other accredited loading centers. 24/7 loading is available online at www.bayadcenter.com, www.coins.ph, and at convenience stores.
Growing availability in the metro
The Meralco Prepaid Electricity Service is now available in the cities of Manila, Makati, Mandaluyong, Pasig, and parts of Rizal.
Signing up is easy. Just bring one valid government ID, pay P200 minimum initial load that is consumable upon account activation, and wait three days for the meter installation*.
