LOOK: Decade-Old Tiny Home Gets A Tropical, Modern Makeover
It only took two months to renovate the property!

This newly renovated home may not have a lot of square footage, but it sure will catch your attention. Found inside a compound in Naga City, Bicol, the 36 sqm house features a unique and modern façade. "For this renovation project, we went for a combination of tropical, contemporary, and industrial design because the owner couldn't decide on one specific style," architect Chenlee Menes tells Real Living. "Mixing these three different design styles and figuring out how to harmonize the textures was a fun experience. Eventually, the project turned out to be something unique. The owners really loved it!"

The single-storey home is already a decade-old, and according to Chenlee, it was abandoned for about a year before the owners decided to renovate the old place.
