Dressing up your Christmas tree and adding the glittery trimmings to it is an enjoyable family tradition we all look forward to every year. But when the tree is up and the décor is in place, the one remaining task to be done usually falls on us moms -- cleaning up the mess.
It’s quite easy to put away the big boxes, but cleaning up the little things -- say, the glitter that has fallen on the floor, the carpet and the furniture -- is quite tricky. Couldn’t get everything by just sweeping and vacuuming? Try using a lint roller.
Simply make a sweeping motion using the lint roller across the areas where the glitter is scattered, and it will pick up every last bit of them. Neat, huh?
