In the video above, shared by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg, a grandfather watches his daughter take a business call, clean up the house, load the laundry, make tea, and set the table. She does this all at the same time while her husband sits in front of the TV.
The grandfather recalls that he was just like her husband when her daughter was younger. We hear him talking in his head, feeling guilty and apologizing to her for being a bad example of what a husband should be like.
In the end, the grandfather is shown coming home to his wife. Instead of letting her do his laundry, he does it himself with his wife beside him teaching him how. "Why is laundry only a mother's job?" asks the video. That goes for cooking, cleaning, and caring for the kids, too.
