    Actor Joross Gamboa tied the knot with girlfriend Katz Saga in a Christian Wedding Ceremony last November 29 at Fernbrook Gardens, Alabang Muntinlupa. The ABS-CBN Star Circle Quest Batch 1 member and his bride said their own vows, witnessed by relatives and friends from show business, including his SCQ batchmates Melissa Ricks and Korean pop star Sandara Park.     4. Filipina wins Miss Earth 2014
    Jamie Harrell from Cebu was crowned Miss Earth 2014 last November 29 at the University of The Philippines Theater, Quezon City. The 19-year-old beauty bested 84 other contestants from around the world. Asked what she would do about global warming if she wins the title, she replied, "I will use my title to inspire others to help our environment and we will start with the kids because the kids are the people of tomorrow.     5. Big wins for Filipino theater actors
    Rachelle Ann Go was named Best Featured Actress in a Musical for her performance in the current theater production of Miss Saigon in the 2014 Broadway World U.K. Awards. Her Filipino co-stars Jon Jon Briones and Eva Noblezada also picked up acting awards for their performances. Overall, Miss Saigon won 11 of the 25 awards given that night.
