Her friendship with other skaters, some almost a decade younger than her, is the purest we’ve ever seen! You can see Margie cheering on the competition from the sidelines, talking them up, even getting on Tiktok with them. It’s no surprise that she trended in Brazil — her friendship with Brazil’s Rayssa Leal caught the public’s attention, and they loved every moment of it!

She showed what sportsmanship is all about.
Margie made it to the skateboarding finals but didn’t win a medal. But did that get to her? Of course not! She puts herself out there and isn’t scared of looking like… well, like herself! Whether it be dancing or falling, who cares about how it looks? Definitely not Margie!
