“How can I make my wife’s pregnancy as comfortable as possible?”Real parents share the sweetest things husbands have done to help preggy moms get through their pregnancy.
I was the one who changed my wife’s maternity pads after she gave birth. I was startled and speechless at the sight of the blood. I thought it was coming from her episiotomy. I really felt so bad that my wife had to undergo so much pain. She explained that the bleeding wasn’t from the episiotomy, it was a normal aftermath of the delivery. I hope that other men also witness a similar birthing experience. It gives us a deeper understanding of women, our bodies, and human life.

A Helping Hand—Literally!
Somewhere in my second trimester, it became physically impossible for me to reach around my ever-increasing body and scratch where it itched. Thank God hubby was there to scratch my back!

Lower back pain had always been a problem when I was pregnant. What hubby did for me was massage my lower back every night before going to sleep. It’s good to know that hubby is always there to support me.

Weekly Lunch Date
Due to low amniotic fluid, I started bed rest when I was six months pregnant. Seeing that I was alone at home all day with very little to do, my husband would make it a point to take me out to lunch during my weekly doctor’s visits. It was one way of keeping me sane and in touch with the outside world.
