Almost two months since welcoming her second child, celebrity mom Neri Naig shares another blessing she received this year — a new condo property.
The "wais na misis" took to Instagram to give a preview of her latest business investment, which is a two-bedroom condo unit. According to her post, she plans to rent out the property.
"Panibagong investment. Thank you, Lord. Two-bedroom unit para sa @mirandasbeachcondo," Neri wrote in her caption.
The mompreneur hopes to finish the project by February 2022, in time for her husband, Chito Miranda's birthday and the summer season.
This beach condo venture is just one among the many businesses under Neri's belt, from a guest house, cafe, milk tea shop, to selling various items online. Being a self-made entrepreneur, whose foray into business began by selling gourmet tuyo, Neri is a source of inspiration to many.
"Kayo po talaga ang inspiration namin ng wife ko," a commenter said on Neri's latest condo investment.

Neri has also credited her husband for being supportive of her business endeavors. In a previous vlog, Chito says she admires Neri's drive and willingness to take risks in pursuit of success.
"Marami ring sumablay na businesses si Naig. Pero okay lang kasi she learned and habang natututo ka, padami nang padami yung tumatama na businesses," Chito shared.
Neri and Chito got married in December 2014. They have two children, Alfonso, 5, and Baby Cash whom they welcomed in October 2021.
