What you need: 1 cup sugar 4 tablespoons orange juice 3/4 cup whole chestnuts roasted, peeled
What to do: 1 In a nonstick skillet, cook sugar on moderate heat until melted. Add orange juice gradually. When caramel is golden in color, remove from heat.
