Hands-on Wreath The kids really have a hand in this project—several, actually. If you have children of different ages, mix their handprints for a more interesting leaf pattern.
You will need:
How to make:
1 Fold the craft paper into four, then trace each child’s handprint onto one side. Cut out the handprints.
2 Cut out the center of a paper plate to leave a ring about one-inch wide. Use this as the frame of your wreath.
3 Beginning at the top, glue on each handprint, overlapping as you go around. Stick on handprints of alternating shades of green until the whole frame is covered. Let dry.
4 Tie a red ribbon around the top of your wreath, and you’re ready to show it off! Watch this brighten up your doorstep.
