1. When "Queen Elsa" got her revenge Everyone knows that "Frozen"'s Queen Elsa's singing voice was that of actress Idina Menzel, but to John Travolta, it was "Adele Dazeem," the name he used to introduce Idina when he fumbled at last year's Oscars. Now that he got her name right, maybe she can finally "let it go" -- especially after she returned the favor by introducing him as "Glom Gazingo".
2. When everything was just awesome "Awesome," really, is the word to describe Tegan and Sara and the Lonely Island's performance of "The Lego Movie"'s theme song "Everything is Awesome." Oprah even got a Lego Oscar!
3. When Graham Moore inspired all the "weird kids" out there Academy Award winner for Best Adapted Screenplay Graham Moore, in his inspiring thank-you speech, addressed all the "weird kids" out there who, like him in his younger years, felt like they don't belong. "Stay weird and stay different!"
4. When J. K. Simmons asked us all to call our parents Proving that we're never really too old to call our parents, Academy Awards Best Supporting Actor J.K. Simmons tells the Oscars crowd, "Don't text. Don't email. Call them on the phone. Tell them you love them, and thank them, and listen to them for as long as they want to talk to you."
5. When the stage came alive ... with the sound of music Almost everyone has seen The Sound of Music as a kid, hence, there's a certain affinity to the songs that Lady Gaga sang beautifully in her medley to pay tribute to the musical's 50th anniversary this year. Seeing "the incomparable" Julie Andrews appear on stage right after her performance just completed the experience.
