Many parents have a clear vision of what they’d like their children to be when they grow up: to become an engineer, a lawyer, or the President of the Philippines, even. Those dreams lay the foundations for the path a child will take in the future.
This early, actress and fitness enthusiast Aubrey Miles has clear plans for her 10-month-old daughter Rocket: “I’m grooming her to be a beauty queen,” the mom of three told Push. “Yun yung frustrations ko dati,” she added.

Because beauty queens are known for their flawless beauty and dazzling smile, Aubrey adds, “Bawal din siyang magkasugat.
“Yung ngipin kailangang alagaan, kasi ito na, eh, may mga beauty queen potential tayo.”

But what if Rocket has other plans?
“Bawal siyang humindi. Hindi puwede. Hahaha!” Aubrey says in humor.
In the same interview, Aubrey also revealed that she suffered two miscarriages before she and partner Troy Montero had Rocket.
“Nag-try ako for three years and alam mo yon, sobrang disappointing yung first year, tapos the next year nag-try ka ulit tapos… Alam mo yung… tapos magkasunod pa, so sabi ko, parang ‘Ano ba yan?’”ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
Though she already had two kids — sons Maurie, 18, and Hunter, 11 — Aubrey wanted a third one, but wasn’t expecting she would still get pregnant at 39, or that she and Troy would be blessed with a baby girl. It’s something that gets Aubrey emotional to this day.
“Talagang siya yung parang dream baby namin,” she adds.
