Meet Baby Millie, Dani Barretto and Xavi Panlilio's Newborn Daughter

“I used to just pray for this moment to happen. It’s finally here! I have a family!”

This was Dani Barretto’s caption to the first family photo she posted on Instagram after giving birth to her and husband Xavi Panlilio’s first child on Friday, September 13, 2019.

“My heart is so full. I love you both so much,” she added.

Dani and Xavi wed this year in April at the Santuario de San Antonio Parish in Makati. In June, Dani opened up about her pregnancy by sharing snaps of her baby bump from a glamorous couple photo shoot on Instagram.

In July, the couple revealed through a video on Dani’s Youtube channel that they were expecting a baby girl.

Dani gave birth to her first child, a daughter, four days ago. She made the birth announcement by posting a father-and-child photo, captioning it, “My heart and soul in one picture. Lord, you’re amazing. Thank you! Hello everyone! meet our daughter, Camilla Marguerite B. Panlilio. You can call her MILLIE.”

Xavi, on the other hand, wrote the sweetest love letter to his baby girl when he reposted a similar photo on Instagram. 

He wrote, “To the love of my life, I’ve lived my life looking for my safe haven and the universe blessed me with your mother. I thought that life couldn’t get any better and then the universe gave us you. I barely have a clue on what it takes to be a dad but I promise to always be there for you, to always make you feel loved and understood, to raise you in an environment filled with love and laughter, to be your best friend, and to be the first man who will love you unconditionally until the very end. I promise to never ever leave your side. Your mother and I will make some mistakes along the way but we will always find ways to make up for our short comings. ps. I hope you love music and bmws as much as your dad! IMMA BE THE GREATEST TO EVER DO THIS!!!! To my sun and stars, I love you so much!!!!!”

The couple is obviously smitten with their baby girl. But it’s not only them – the rest of the family can’t get enough of baby Millie either. 

Gabrielle Panlilio, a sister of Xavi, posted on her social media account a photo she captioned “Titas of Manila” which shows Dani’s younger sister Julia Barretto and herself admiring their newborn niece.

Marjorie, Dani’s mom, also could not contain her happiness over the arrival of her first grandchild. On Instagram, she posted photos of their entire family visiting Dani at the hospital, and of a tender moment she shared with Dani and baby Millie. 

Her touching caption reads, “I believe in God’s perfect timing... Dearest Millie, you came at a time in our lives when we needed to feel God’s presence the most. Today as my first grandchild was born, I was reminded of God’s amazing love for me and my children. Welcome to the world Camilla Marguerite Panlilio. Our little Millie. You’re not even a day old and yet our hearts are already overflowing with love for you. Proud of you, Dani and Xavi.”
