No one can fully understand what a mother is going through except fellow mothers. Everyone has their own concerns during the COVID-19 pandemic, and mothers always put their babies' needs before their own.
Celebrity moms Camille Prats, Iya Villania, Chariz Solomon, all from GMA TV's morning talk show Mars Pa More, and LJ Reyes, Chynna Ortaleza, Isabel Oli and Pauleen Luna-Sotto decided to put up a fundraising effort dubbed, Project: Alalay Kay Nanay.
"Since most relief goods are not baby-friendly and most moms and parents are on a daily wage salary basis, they need help to buy baby essentials," Camille wrote on Instagram.ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOWCONTINUE READING BELOWRecommended Videos

Those who want to donate to the Alalay Kay Nanay fundraiser, you can send your cash donations via electronic bank transfer to Banco De Oro (BPI) or Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) accounts listed on Instagram (@alalaykaynanay) and Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/AlalayKayNanay).ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
Moms and babies who need help can send them a message on their official social media pages. They would need to disclose their full name (government-issued ID) and social media handle, the number of kids with their names and ages (screenshots of children's birth certificate), and address.
In line with it, those applying to benefit from Alalay Kay Nanay are asked to provide a short description of their situation and their needs. Iya stressed that they also request that those who would be seeking their help be honest.ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
