To claim your prize:

• Winners will need to e-mail back their full name that matches with a valid I.D. to be presented when claiming their prizes.
• Two weeks will be given for the claiming of prizes from the time of the announcement of winners.
• Prizes can be claimed at the 6F Robinsons Cybergate Center Tower 3, Robinsons Pioneer Complex Pioneer St., Mandaluyong City, 1550.
• If prizes are left unclaimed until January 8, 5:00 p.m., winners forfeit their right to the claim their prize and prize ownership reverts back to Smartparenting.com.ph.
• Our office is not open during Saturdays and Sundays, and on the following dates: Dec. 24, 25, 30 and January 1.
