Sofia Andres got real about how Daniel Miranda, her partner of four years, was going to take the news of her pregnancy.
In an interview on Rated K with Korina Sanchez, Sofia admitted she didn't know if Daniel would stay by her side. She also held off telling him for about a week because Daniel, a race car driver, had a competition in Thailand.
“I just waited for him to finish...hinintay ko muna matapos [yung race]. Mahirap kasi kapag magulo 'yung utak kapag driver. Kailangan focused sa pagmamaneho. Medyo delikado,” she told Korina.

Korina remarked that she guessed they were tears of happiness. Sofia responded in laughter and continued, “Nagpapasalamat po ako pero medyo natakot din ako na paano kapag sinabi ko, baka iwan ako nito. Siyempre kasi bata pa rin po 'yun eh.
“Pero I am very proud of him na handa siya at tinulungan niya ako sa whole journey ko. Hindi po siya nang-iwan.”
Earlier in the video, Korina asked Sofia what was her first reaction when she found out about her pregnancy. She replied, “Hindi ako naiyak. More on excited ako. Pero nagtanong din ako sa sarili ko paano yung trabaho ko, kinabukasan ko (laughs).
“[But] I realized I could do all that with her [Zoe, her daughter] kasi siya ang inspiration ko. Bakit hindi ako makakatrabaho dahil lang dun.”
