"Parang feeling ko hindi ko kaya, feeling ko pasan ko ang daigdig," Diana said in an interview on GMA's 24 Oras. She said she struggled being the only one to care for her newborn during the first two weeks.

In their vlog, Diana's husband, Andy Smith, revealed that he couldn't be with his wife when she gave birth to look after their older kids, King and Aliyah. They knew that the new mom and baby were required to isolate themselves for two weeks after getting discharged from the hospital.

"Pero worth it naman siya,"  Diana shared. "Parang looking back, parang iniisip ko mukha pala akong tanga nun, iiyak-iyak pa ko," she added.

Why Diana kept her third pregnancy low key

Diana shared she was scared to give birth without Andy by her side. Pep.ph reported that she delivered Baby Amira on September 14, 2020, at 8:44 p.m., at the Makati Medical Center, in Makati City. She gave birth four days earlier than her expected due date. The little girl weighed 7.5 pounds at birth.

Unlike her second pregnancy, which documented on social media, the actress kept her third pregnancy low key because it was a difficult one. "Kumbaga parang wala sa plano ko sa makipagsabayan pa nung lockdown na i-announce because I wasn't feeling well talaga," the mom of three said

Like many pregnant women during the enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), Diane had her prenatal checks via video calls. She couldn't keep food down and vomited a lot. At one point, she had to be on complete bed rest. Andy also mentioned that Diana struggled, especially as her due date neared.
