The Alcaraz's is now a family of five! On Thursday, September 17, 2020, Lara Quigaman and Marco Alcaraz welcomed their third child, another baby boy! She delivered their son, Moses Marc Q. Alcaraz, via elective C-section delivery.
According to Lara, Moses was born at 10:50 a.m. "Thank you Jesus for another undeserved gift... my heart is so full! My whole being overflows with gratitude and awe. You truly are a good good God," the former beauty queen wrote on Instagram.

The couple planned for their new baby to arrive on the same day as the birthday of Tobias, who just turned 2. They celebrated their second son's birthday early and will celebrate again once Lara and Moses are home.

The Alcaraz's announced that they were expecting their third baby last May when they launched their family vlog on YouTube. During their gender reveal in June, their eldest son Noah, 7, became emotional, finding out that he's having another baby boy. He wanted a baby sister.

Marco had been attending to Tobias' needs to help him adjust when Lara needs to focus on caring for their newborn. Kuya Noah also has his duties to guide his little brother in his new role.
