The host-actress revealed in another post that she had not yet started working out since she gave birth via C-section. But Erika loves wearing workout clothes every day.

The mom of two says it helps makes breastfeeding a lot easier. Erika also feels comfortable in them because they allow her to move faster. She says it also helps jumpstart her postpartum recovery since wearing workout clothes lets her see what she needs to work on and makes her not eat as much.
