  • More than a week ago, Erika Padilla gave birth to her second child, daughter Estelle Gloria, with husband Jeff Cariaso. A week after giving birth, she shared a photo of her postpartum body

"With a husband to serve and support, kids to set a good example to, and work to take care of—to be the healthiest I can be is a must for all that I love," the new mom of two wrote on Instagram.

The photo shows two polaroid-like shots of Erika in orange high-waisted workout leggings and a black and white striped fitness top. She had her arms in front and one on top of the other to show her abdomen area. Her postpartum pouch is still visible, and she revealed her weight at 157 pounds.

The host-actress revealed in another post that she had not yet started working out since she gave birth via C-section. But Erika loves wearing workout clothes every day.

The mom of two says it helps makes breastfeeding a lot easier. Erika also feels comfortable in them because they allow her to move faster. She says it also helps jumpstart her postpartum recovery since wearing workout clothes lets her see what she needs to work on and makes her not eat as much.

    Erika's prenatal yoga exercises

Soon, Erika will start a postpartum workout regimen. For now, take inspiration from her pregnant yoga sessions. Her second pregnancy is a "little bit more sensitive," compared to her first. Still, she was able to practice yoga.

Before starting any pregnancy exercises, first, consult your doctor, especially if you're trying something you've never done before. Keep in mind that Erika has been practicing and teaching yoga even before she got pregnant. She had modified these poses to suit her.
