Gal Gadot may be Wonder Woman on the big screen, but in real life, she's a regular working mom who tries her best to balance her career and family life.
The 36-year-old Israeli actress has been married, since 2008, to Jaron Varsano, a real estate developer 10 years her senior. They have three daughters: Alma, 10; Maya, 4; and Daniella, 8 months.
That's why Gal thought about that balancing act when asked in an interview with InStyle magazine the "most badass thing" she's ever done.
She explained, "Shooting a movie while being pregnant, or when you have a baby. When you're on set, you're like a kite. You can fly so high and try to catch the air. Then you go back home to do your main shift as being a mother.
"It's not about me, it's, 'OK, now I need to bathe Maya, feed Alma, put Daniella to bed.' That is the badass thing I do: the juggling between my family life and my acting career."
And sometimes, Gal admitted, she's not been very successful. She recalled filming in London while Alma had a presentation at school, and she felt guilty for missing her eldest perform.
Gal recounted what happened that day, "I spoke to her afterward and asked, 'How was it?' She was crying, asking me why I wasn't there. Then I started to cry, but I was trying not to show Alma that I was crying."
The international star also recalled being pregnant with Alma at 25, as she's "always wanted to be a young mother."

She exclaimed, "I love giving birth. I would do it once a week if I could. It's so magical. And I always take epidurals, to be fair, so it's not so painful. Just the moment you feel like you're creating life, it's incredible."
Before getting to that point of childbirth is another story, though. She confessed, "But the pregnancies are hard for me — I feel sick and have migraines. I'm not in my element."
Gal also acknowledged raising three kids is "no joke," saying, "God bless them, but it's so much work."
