Doctor Advised Heart Evangelista To Go Through Natural Miscarriage In 2018She says having a miscarriage is the most traumatizing feeling.by Rachel Perez .
Some people can be insensitive and relentless in their bashing that they need a proper, classy shutdown. That's what Heart Evangelista did to a netizen who said she needed a baby in one of her shot-in-Paris OOTD Instagram posts.
The remark earned a polite but stern reply from Heart. "God is all you need, and everything else is a bonus," she said. But the person didn't stop and replied Heart needed a bonus "badly."
"I'm too blessed, my love. Too shy to ask more from God. If He gives me—a big thank you," Heart said. She then told the person her comment was inappropriate.ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
Heart Evangelista says having a miscarriage is traumatizingView this post on Instagram
There are not enough words to express how heavy my heart feels but I know it’s important to share this because it’s part of my motherhood journey. At this week’s Doctor appointment, just as we hit the 3 month mark, we found out that her heart stopped beating. For some it might be early on but for us, we were so ready to meet you, little one. Carrying you made me feel like a completely new person. Just the thought of you taught me what unconditional love feels like. The Doctor told me that there really wasn’t anything we could’ve done, that this happens to a higher percentage of first time moms. I know this is true because so many of you have been open with sharing your experiences. Your kindness and positivity in sharing about your own miscarriages remind me to be strong. I am so grateful for all your love throughout this entire journey. It’s not the end, just another chapter. I take comfort knowing that you’re up there with your twin. I don’t question God about this sad time, I trust in His timing and plan. I hope you all understand that I’ll be taking some time off but your support and kind words will be felt, even if I’m not able to reply. I’m not looking for answers, just peace. For what it’s worth, I already had a name for you. My Mira, funnily enough, I already loved your smile. I know you’ll find your way back to me.

The uncalled-for remark reminded Heart of her tragic loss and forced her to leave a lengthy explanation about why it was rude and insensitive to bring it up. "Having a miscarriage is the most traumatizing feeling," Heart said.
It is her choice when to try to conceive again, but if she still does not get pregnant, then it's God's choice, and she accepts it without question.
Heart disclosed that her doctor wanted her body to naturally let the twins go, so she had to carry them in her womb for four months. "It was the most horrible feeling thinking maybe God can bring them back to me, or me thinking am I not a good person for this to happen," Heart added.CONTINUE READING BELOWRecommended Videos
"Now coming to my IG and posting a comment on a pic that has nothing to do with that is hurtful. To even ask or shove it down, my throat is unthinkable or doesn't say much about you as a woman," she stressed.
Heart said she's very happy with her life, with or without a baby. "I have a loving family, a home, a solid relationship with God. Contentment is what I have and that my dear is hard to achieve," she said.
Having a miscarriage early in pregnancy is more common than people think. Most cases of miscarriage can’t be prevented. Still, women who go through are often angry, blame themselves, and doubt their ability to conceive again.
