One of our favorite ~momshies~ Karla Estrada just shared her progress from her year-long fitness journey. On Instagram, the ABS-CBN host posted ~before and after~ pictures taken exactly one year apart: in March 2020 and March 2021.
Karla encouraged her followers to be proud of their seemingly ~small~ health goals because they're achievements all the same.
"Before and after keme. Kala niyo ha," she jokingly wrote on Instagram. "Kahit konting achievement ipagmalaki mo! Diyan lahat mag-uumpisa yan. Let's go mga momshie!!! 'Wag na masyado madaming dahilan! LABAN PARA SA KALUSUGAN!!!"
And to that, we say, YESSSS!
Ever since the pandemic hit in March 2020, Karla has been posting updates on her Instagram account on the various physical activities she's tried out!
Karla took up boxing first a year ago and trained with a coach at her own home. In her motivational Insta, she said, "Mapalakas ng katawan laban sa COVID-19! Gawan ng paraan makapag ensayo kahit sa bahay lang."

She also has an at-home gym with cardio and strength training equipment. Living a healthy lifestyle is essential for Karla because her four kids "need me to be healthy."
Karla also went back to her ~first love~ badminton! "Trying to play again after my ACL from this sport din! Thank GOD pwede na ulit makapaglaro," she wrote.
