Kaye Abad Gives Birth to First Baby on Paul Jake's Birthday! The baby boy also shares the same initials as his dad. Awww.by SmartParenting Staff .
Kaye Abad and Paul Jake Castillo are having a very merry Christmas as the married couple welcomed son, Pio Joaquin, yesterday, December 22, 2017, a significant date for this young family — it also happens to be Paul Jake’s 33rd birthday. December is also the couple’s wedding anniversary month (they got married last December 9, 2016).
In fact, Paul Jake predicted Kaye would give birth on his birthday. In an interview with Pep.ph, he remarked while laughing, "Feeling ko December 22.
Kaye told SmartParenting.com.ph last October that Paul Jake couldn’t wait to be a dad. After several failed attempts to get pregnant, Paul Jake told her he would bring Kaye to Singapore if it still didn’t happen this year. Gano’n n’ya kagusto [magka-baby],” Kaye recalled.

Paul Jake, who revealed his son's name has the same initials as his in the hashtags "#piojoaquin" and "#pjc#", couldn’t hide his glee when he posted his son’s birth on Instagram. "Couldn’t have asked for anything else on my birthday!!! Thanks my love for the best birthday gift!!! Joaquin!!! Another chapter in life.... my ironborn!!!"ADVERTISEMENT - CONTINUE READING BELOW
On her Instagram account, Kaye captioned the photo, "Happy birthday daddy and happy birthday joaquin!"
In our interview back in October, Kaye's pregnancy wasn’t "maselan" except for a few dizzy spells. She also had to cut down on sugar and carbs on her sixth month after a glucose test revealed she had elevated blood sugar.

Kaye, who prayed for a normal delivery, admitted worried a lot because of her age. Ngayon, sinabihan ako na ‘You really have to be careful lalo na first child.’ Kasi I guess, ’yong age ko nga.
But other than that, super excited, lalo na ngayon na malapit na. Actually, ngayon, halo. Excited and kinakabahan.
Despite the bouts of worry though Kaye was already thinking of her next pregnancy, hoping the next baby will be a girl. Her husband wishes for two more kids. Good luck! One down, two to go!”
