There is, indeed, beauty in all of us.by Lei Dimarucut-Sison .

There’s a Disney fan in all of us, no matter your age. I remember visiting Disneyland with my son many years ago and holding back tears as the light show began and the fireworks display lit up the sky to the tune of well-loved Disney songs and the iconic “When You Wish Upon A Star.” A Disney experience truly brings out the child in all of us.
That said, kids with special needs are no exceptions either. British photographer Nicole Louise Perkins is well aware of this, so she began a campaign called "Down with Disney" that would highlight the magic of Disney through the eyes of children with Down Syndrome. She took photos of children with Down Syndrome dressed as their favorite Disney character, and how beautiful those turned out to be!
“Down With Disney 2019 [was] created to celebrate the beauty of Down Syndrome,” Nicole wrote on her Facebook page.

“As Disney said – ‘If you can dream [it], you can do it.’ Always remember that this whole thing was started by a mouse.”
